When I first tried Ruby Rockets Frozen Pops years ago, they were actually probiotic pops. I thought that was such a cool idea! I loved the cool, mild sweetness right after workouts. It was a great refresher and easy on my stomach. Sadly, they removed the probiotic power, and renamed them to Ruby Rockets Fruit & Veggie Pops.

I haven't tried the reformulated Ruby Rockets Pops, but let us know if you have by leaving your rating and review below! The Orbit Orange was my favorite, with the Rock-It Red close behind. I think the flavors haven't changed that much, and they are still made with real fruit and vegetable purees. Here are sample ingredient lists and nutrition facts for a few flavors.

Don't expect a sugary rush. Rather, Ruby Rocket's are a just-sweet-enough smoothie fruit and vegetable blend, stocked with probiotics and frozen into fun pops. While they are a great, healthier alternative for kids, I loved them for a refreshment "treat" post-workout. They revitalized, tamed my tummy, and tasted a whole lot better than plain old water.
